The one inbox
Everything at Omegomeet runs through a single address: [email protected]. A real person reads every message, and we answer within one to two business days — usually faster. We don’t offer phone support; email gives both of us a written record, which is exactly what you want when money or privacy is involved. A clear subject line gets you the fastest answer. If your problem involves another user, include anything that identifies the call — the time it happened and what you saw is usually enough for us to find it.
Reporting a bug
Tell us three things: what you tried to do, what happened instead, and what you were using — phone or computer, browser name, and the rough time it happened. A screenshot helps more than a paragraph. If the problem is that calls won’t connect or your camera stays dark, the help center covers the most common fixes and might save you the wait.
Safety concerns jump the queue
If someone threatened you, showed you illegal content, or you believe the person you matched with is under 18, put URGENT at the start of your subject line and include everything you remember — the time of the call, what the other person showed or said, and a screenshot if you have one. Safety reports are read before anything else. In the moment, always use the in-call report button too: it attaches the technical details our moderation team needs, and it works around the clock.
Payments and coins
For anything about a charge or coins, email us from the address on your account and include the date and amount of the payment. Never send your full card number — we don’t need it, and we couldn’t see it anyway, because payments are handled by our payment processor. Most payment questions are resolved within a few business days once we can match the charge.
Before you write
The help center answers the most common questions instantly — camera permissions, connection problems, coins, blocking and reporting. If your answer is there, you skip the queue entirely. And one thing we will never do: ask for your password or your full payment details by email. Any message that does is not from us.
Data and deletion requests
Want a copy of your data, something corrected, or your account and its data deleted? Email [email protected] from the address tied to your account and say which of the three you need. We may ask a question or two to confirm it’s really you, then we act on it. The full picture of what we hold and why is in the privacy policy.
