The service
Omegomeet provides random one-on-one video, voice, and text chat in your browser. Each match connects you with a person chosen at random from whoever is online at that moment. We don’t control — and can’t promise — who you will be matched with, how a conversation will go, or that any particular kind of person will be online. That is the nature of random matching, and using Omegomeet means accepting it.
Who may use it
You must be at least 18 years old, and legally allowed to use this kind of service where you live. Guests can start chatting without an account; registered users get extras such as saved preferences and call history, and are responsible for keeping their own account secure.
Your conduct
Everything you do on a call is your responsibility. You agree to follow our community guidelines: no harassment, no explicit content, no scams, no recording or exposing the other person, and nothing illegal. We can suspend or permanently ban any account that breaks these rules, with or without warning, and we report illegal behavior to the authorities.
Coins and payments
Your first matches are free. Longer sessions may use coins, virtual credits you can buy on Omegomeet. Coins have no cash value, can’t be transferred or exchanged back into money, and are non-refundable except where the law says otherwise. Prices are always shown before you pay, and payments are handled by third-party processors — see the privacy policy for how that data is treated.
Other people’s content
Calls are user-generated, live, and unscripted. What another user says or shows is their responsibility, not ours. We provide skip, block, and report tools on every call, backed by 24/7 human moderation — use them the moment something feels wrong.
Provided as-is
Omegomeet is offered “as is” and “as available”. We work hard to keep it fast and always on, but we don’t guarantee uninterrupted service, error-free operation, or that the service will meet every expectation. To the extent the law allows, all warranties are disclaimed.
Limits on liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Omegomeet is not liable for indirect or consequential damages — lost profits, lost data, or the actions of other users. Where liability can’t be excluded, it is limited to the amount you paid us in the three months before the claim.
Ending access
You can stop using Omegomeet at any time — guests by closing the tab, registered users by requesting deletion via [email protected]. We can suspend or end access for anyone who breaks these terms.
Changes and disputes
We may update these terms; the current version always lives on this page, and continuing to use Omegomeet means accepting it. Questions or disputes about these terms start with an email to [email protected] — most issues get solved there.
